1. Lock out / tag out per LOT-014 (hydraulic + electrical isolation).
2. Verify zero pressure on accumulator; bleed to ≤2 psi.
3. Inspect ram seals for extrusion; replace if measured gap > 1.2 mm.
4. Sample hydraulic fluid; if particle count > ISO 18/16/13, schedule flush.
5. Cycle press three times at 30% tonnage; log pressure trace on Sheet 24.B.
